Methods of payment

When confirming the reservation the customer agrees to pay the whole amount or the minimal 30% of the whole amount within 24hours (excluding weekend and holidays) to make the reservation valid.

1. by credit card                                                                            

For payment we accept Maestro, MC, Visa and Diners cards.

Confidential information about your credit card are delivered online directly to the authorization center.    

STATEMENT ON PAYMENTS SECURITY

HT Pay Way applies the most modern standards of data protection – Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit encryption and MD5 algorithm. ISO 8583 protocol ensures that data exchange between T-Com System and the authorization centers of credit card companies is done in a private network that is protected from unauthorized access by a double layer of “firewall” (firewall).

2. bank transfer

If you are using the bank transfer to pay for the reservation it is required that you pay the specified amount within 24 hours from the on-line reservation or the receipt of our operator's offer. 

• Payment from Croatia to the company's giro account

If you are paying from Croatia, please send your payment to the agency’s giro account using a money order.

• Payment from abroad via bank transfer

This method of payment refers exclusively to foreign clients. It is necessary to transfer the value of the reservation to the foreign account of the agency. The payers and recipients bank transfer fees are covered entirely by the client (with exception of clients from the EU after 1.7.2013., then there is no additional cost for foreign currency payments).

Note: All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank.
When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Reservation payment depends on the type of accommodation you are booking. You are obligated to pay the advance payment and to balance the amount as well as to comply with the the due date as stated on the calculation/proforma invoice issued by the agency, which you will receive from us after you have confirmed your reservation. Payment options:


a) Private accommodation

Model 1) minimum 30% of the price of accommodation upon granted inquiry paid to the agency by credit card or bank transfer and the remaining amount of  the price of accommodation paid directly to the agency on the first day of service;

Model 2) 100% of the price of accommodation upon granted inquiry paid to the agency by credit card or bank transfer if the customer wishes so or the  total amount of the reservation is less than 150 €.

b) Hotels, pansions

Model 2) 100% of the price of accommodation upon granted inquiry.

Payment receipt
• Upon payment of the deposit you will receive confirmation of payment and detailed information about your reservation.
• Upon payment of 100% of the amount or balance you will receive the Bill specifying all payments made and Voucher.
