White colour is a dominant feature of the island of Pag. Looking from the land, you can see only the whiteness of the stone. Also white is the intangible cultural heritage: Pag lace (under the protection of UNESCO), Teg and Pokrivaca. Sheep, milk and some parts of the our traditional costumes are white as well. However, it is the white salt that has a direct impact on the island's appearance, history and the taste of all island food. If you wish to see our island, comfortable hotel accommodation and electric bicycles are waiting for you in Pag so you can visit the island and the surrounding area. Getting away from the city crowd, breathing in the fresh air purified by strong bura wind and enriched with aerosol, and taking a light recreation on bicycles, will regenerate your soul and body. When you get tired, you will continue the journey with our transfer. We recommend you stay in the spring or fall when the climate is moderate.

Packages are available for the period 25.5. to 25.9. for groups of 2 to 10 people. Accommodation is possible in a 4-star hotel Intermezzo in Pag (18 rooms, 150 m from sea and 400 m from the centre of town Pag), while transportation during your stay can be made by your own means of transport or our company's car or bus, and the bicycle transport can be made with our bicycle trailer. Professional guidance is possible in Croatian, English, Italian and German. English is the most commonly used language by local service providers.
If there isn't a sufficient number of travelers, the organizer has the right to cancel the arrangement up to 7 days before the beginning of arrangement. The traveler has the right to terminate the arrangement contract at any moment. For cancellations between 10 and 20 days before the beginning of the arrangement 30% of the total amount is charged, and for cancellations that are 9 days or less before the beginning of the service 50% of the total amount is charged.- A trip perfect for people who want to see the cultural and natural heritage, but also to see today's life in different surroundings or ride a bike recreationally, for people older than 60 years, for people prone to less demanding physical activities, people with lower physical fitness or with special health problems, people interested in protection of tourist destination’s environment …

ITINERARY
6 DAYS - 5 NIGHTS
- DAY: ARRIVAL
Upon arrival to town Pag, you will be accommodated in hotel Intermezzo. Hotel receptionist will provide maps and information of town Pag and island. Free time. In the evening we suggest walk on the city promenade by the sea.
- DAY: TOWN PAG TOUR
After breakfast, you will receive bicycles and equipment. You will arrive to the town center on bicycles with guide and there meet professional tour guide who will take you on a tour around town Pag. Visit to the lace museum that is on the List of Intangible Cultural Heritage by UNESCO. There you will see how the lace is being made, as well as teg and Pokrivaca. After that you will have a tour around salt museum and ruins of old town Pag – place where people lived before the 15th century. From there you can continue exploring on your own or return to the hotel with your guide. Free time.
- DAN: KOŠLJUN - KOLAN
After breakfast, there is a bike ride to Old Town Pag. From there, you will make a bike tour to villages Košljun passing by shepherds fields where the sheep are. You will be surprised by the quiet and peaceful way of life in the villages and the idyllic lives of the shepherds. After, the driver will take you to the village of Kolan. Visit to Gligora cheese factory, which is world famous and has won many prizes. Cheese degustation. The factory has its own shop where you can buy souvenirs. Return to hotel. Free time.
- DAY: POVLJANA
After breakfast, the driver will take you to the village of Povljana. Local guide will tell you the history and describe
the way of local life. After, you will continue a ride along the salt pools all the way to the Old Town of Pag. Upon returning to the hotel, you have free time. In the evening, you will see the performance of Klapa and hear the local way of singing.
- DAY: NIN SALT FACTORY
After breakfast, our transfer will take you and the bicycles to the town Nin. You will visit the salt factory, see the way it is produced and visit the salt museum. In souvenir shop it is possible to buy interesting product that contain their salt. Next you will be given bicycles and see the wonderful old town Nin which was political, religious and cultural center of medieval Croatia. The archaeological excavations will amaze you. In arranged time you will meet back at your transport that will take you back to Pag. Return to hotel and free time.
- DAY: CHECK OUT
After breakfast, guests will check out of the hotel.

The combination of travel services offered to you is a package within the meaning of ‘’Zakon o pružanju usluga u turizmu’’ regulation. Therefore, you will benefit from all EU rights applying to packages. Maricom tourist service will be fully responsible for the proper performance of the package as a whole. For entering the Republic of Croatia passport is required (children must also have a passport), and for EU citizens identity card is enough. All foreign guests who are holders of valid Schengen documents do not need an additional (Croatian) visa for Croatia. Persons requiring a visa for Croatia are required to submit a visa application before entering Croatia, at the relevant embassy / consulate, at the earliest 3 months before the trip. Average waiting time is 5 business days.
Foreign tourists who are compulsorily insured in the countries with which Croatia has a social security contract during their private stay in the Republic of Croatia do not pay for emergency health care services, provided they have a contract of health protection certificate. Persons who come from countries with which no contract is contracted or with which the contract does not provide the use of health care, have to pay health care by themselves.
If, during the reservation, the traveler expects he could cancel the reservation for some reason, Maricom recommends Cancellation insurance. Cancellation insurance can't be paid afterwards, only during initial request for the travel. Maricom advises their guests to pay the travel insurance: insurance against risks of accidents and diseases, travel insurance from loss or damage of luggage as well as health insurance during travel and stay abroad, and insurance to cover the costs of assistance and return of passengers to the starting place in case of accidents and illnesses. Until the conclusion of the package travel agreement, the travel organizer retains the option of changing the pre-contractual information. Any changes to the pre-contractual information will be provided by the organizer to the customer in a clear, understandable and visible manner before entering into a travel contract.
